We all want to feel safe in our homes and on the streets. I fully support Lincolnshire Police to crack down hard on criminals who seek to do us harm. I am proud to have voted through tough new laws and sentences for violent crime, disruptive protests, and illegal immigration.
Public safety is one of my key priorities for our community and I back Lincolnshire Police to make our streets safer and to protect our people.
We are seeing more officers recruited as part of a national uplift in police officers, and new investments such as the Roads Policing Unit, ensuring that our road network is off limits for criminals, making our roads safer as a result. We have also seen the formation of a new Rural Crime Action Team focused on crimes in our countryside.
More police, better equipment, tougher laws and safer streets are key priorities for me.
