From day-one, I have held local NHS authorities accountable for their responsibility to deliver local services which provide excellence for all, while supporting national reforms to improve the quality of service, forever free at the point of need.
Millions have been invested in new facilities and equipment for local hospitals, and our area was among the first to have a new Community Diagnostic Centre, meaning more diagnostic scans and treatments for serious conditions. My work to ensure we have strong local NHS services never stops.
