Local businesses are at the heart of our communities, from the shops on our high streets to the independent businesses on our doorstep.
That’s why I’m proud to support Conservative plans in Parliament to push the Government to abolish business rates for local high-street businesses, including shops, cafés, pubs and restaurants.
Our high streets are stronger when we support them. Wherever possible, shop local, spend local and help keep our local businesses thriving.
