Gareth is proud to have joined other Conservative Members of Parliament in writing to the Prime Minister to call for the Government to fully reverse its changes to the Family Farm Tax and Family Business Tax.
Our farmers are already facing huge pressures and these tax changes are putting both further strain on businesses and threatening the future of farms that have been passed through generations. Family owned businesses that simply want to be successful in other sectors are affected too.
If the Government is serious about supporting our farmers, strengthening food security, and backing British businesses, it must scrap these taxes.
