Gareth Davies MP has responded to flooding seen in Grantham, Billingborough, Colsterworth and elsewhere earlier today.
The situation is continuing to evolve across the constituency, so Gareth remains in contact with the Environment Agency, Lincolnshire County Council, and others to stay updated.
Gareth said:
"It is very sad to see a number of properties have been flooded in Grantham, around Wyndham Park, but also elsewhere in our area.
The Lincolnshire Resilience Forum has declared a major incident in Lincolnshire, with flood alerts issued for parts of Grantham, Bourne, and local villages along the River Witham and to the north and northwest of Bourne."
