Flood warning sign

Gareth Davies MP has today received another update from the Environment Agency and Lincolnshire County Council on local flooding.

Gareth said:

"As flooding continues to have an impact across our area, with parts of Grantham and villages such as Billingborough still experiencing significant issues, I have been in touch with the Environment Agency on the ongoing situation.

As well as residential flooding, I know that there remains a number of roads flooded across our area, including the northbound carriage on the A1 near Long Bennington. Keep updated on the A1 via National Highways and on other local roads via Lincolnshire County Council’s website - www.lincolnshire.gov.uk/news/article/2198/flood-disruption-updates

I encourage all residents to also stay updated on flood alerts across our area and the latest news via the Lincolnshire Resilience Forum across social media."
