Local services must match the scale of our town’s growth. Today, I took the campaign for a Bourne Community Diagnostic Centre to the floor of the House of Commons, seeking to secure a meeting the Health Minister to push for a new facility.

With Grantham’s CDC already delivering strong results since its opening in 2022, I am determined to secure the same standard of care for Bourne.

Our residents should not have to travel to Peterborough or Grantham for routine scans and blood tests; accessibility is a key part of modern healthcare.

A new dedicated CDC will aim to provide:

- Faster diagnosis

- Better outcomes

- Shorter waiting times at our major regional hospitals

I will be launching a petition shortly so as to show the level of local support. I hope I can secure your help as we make this case firmly to the Government.
